Recently, critics have wanted to know how well President Joe Biden did in a debate concerning the presidency. Former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki came out and explained how the president’s team was well prepared for a debate.
Some have blamed the company’s staff, especially those involved in the debate preparations, including senior adviser Anita Dunn, her husband, Bob Bauer, and the then-White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain. However, Psaki has dismissed such allegations, saying that the problem transcends the grooming process.
Responding to X on Twitter, Psaki commented that S, the issue at the debate was the prep process by people like @RonaldKlain and Anita Dunn, who have prepped many candidates, including Obama, Clinton, and Biden, which is absurd.
Psaki admitted that it was “a bad debate” but continued that one should not concentrate only on preparation. President Biden is not angry at his staff and continues to believe in them.
However, as earlier anticipated, Klain, the former White House Chief of Staff, has hinted at Biden carrying on with the campaign. ”He is the selection of Democratic voters,” Klain said. Now, we have a record amount of small donors. Our debate night was bad. You win campaigns by going and fighting when things are bad.
