Meta’s CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, quite unexpectedly has referred to the former US President, Donald Trump, response to a recent attempted assassination as badass and inspiring. However, Zuckerberg specified that he would not vote for anybody in the next 2024 presidential election.
Zuckerberg made the following remark, “It is one of the most badass things I’ve seen in my life seeing, you know, Donald Trump get up after getting shot in the face and pump his fist in the air with the American flag.
” The Meta CEO admitted understanding the fascination Trump to many Americans by saying,” At some level as an American, it’s hard not to be moved by that spirit and that fight
On the same note, Zuckerberg’s remarks followed a nightmare face-off in which gunfire targeted Trump during his campaign rally in Pennsylvania with a bullet clipping the former president’s right ear. The similarity of fighting Trump with a raised fist has found much appeal among many people.
Though it is good to know that some billionaires in Silicon Valley support Trump’s 2024 campaign, the compliment, according to Zuckerberg, was personal. The two have not always been on good terms, as Trump has criticized Meta’s CEO in the past. However, Zuckerberg’s comments are crucial and have caused a lot of heat among people.
